    UEOS is searching for a highly motivated and detail oriented Program Administrator to support the development of new Radar systems. Working closely with engineering and program management across multiple project teams, the Program Administrator will help to ensure success of the programs and the teams. The Program Administrator is expected to provide support to the Program Managers for execution of Radar programs by assisting in tracking the performance of program functional task elements such as procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions. At UEOS, the Program Administrator will have the opportunity to grow their program management acumen while helping with a program that offers major improvements to our Navy’s fleet. The Program Administrator will have the opportunity to contribute to key strategic efforts such as future proposals, IR&D, and additional development activities.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Accomplish administrative program management process tasks such as reviewing/approving purchase requests consistent with program plans, maintaining program material purchase plan spreadsheet, accomplishing program inventories for government property, reviewing labor charging to ensure consistency with program plans.
    • Collecting/reporting status of project schedule tasks
    • Scheduling / facilitating project meetings, generating meeting notes, and following up to collect and report on action items
    • Reviewing / editing project documents and presentations for format, punctuation, clarity, consistency.


    • Minimum of 3 years experience with Bachelors Degree in business or technical discipline or 8 years with high school equivalent
    • US citizen and ability to obtain appropriate personnel clearance
    • Exceptionally strong attention to detail and work ethic
    • Strong desire to pursue increasing responsibilities in program management career field
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Passion for learning and working with teams to bring unique solutions to complex customer problem sets
    • Willingness and ability to travel (10%).

    Preferred Experience: (Optional)

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tool suite including Project and Visio
    • Knowledge of program lifecycles (design, development, integration, etc.)
    • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes
