    We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Scheduler to support multiple programs.


    The Project Scheduler is primarily responsible for creating, analyzing, statusing, and managing MS Project schedules in support of project and proposal efforts to achieve project and business needs. The Project Scheduler elicits relevant project task, resource, and scheduling information from project members at all levels; creates and maintains project schedules for assigned programs; analyzes resulting schedules to identify issues and facilitate resolutions in support of achieving project objectives.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead and/or facilitate project and program efforts to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) ensuring resulting plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
    • Apply Gantt, PERT, milestone chart, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
    • Engage with the program team to perform thorough project analysis employing knowledge and understanding of the project and the principles of EVMS, and suggest/create/implement work arounds to enhance cost and schedule performance.
    • Identify & validate the critical path, run performance and health check metrics. Perform risk analyses, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
    • Support new business proposals providing recommendations on schedule methodologies and proposal strategies and developing proposal IMP and IMS, as required.
    • Performs additional program management support duties and assignments as required


    • Excellent proficiency in use of Microsoft software products such as Word, Excel, and especially Project.
    • Experience with other scheduling tools is a plus
    • Demonstrated capacity to effectively work both independently and within team environments.
    • 3-7 years of project scheduling experience.
    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and be detail-oriented
    • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
    • US citizen and ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance
